RELAY — a multi-brand social media command center

RELAY is a web application for small teams managing several brands from one place. Draft a post once, tailor the message per platform, schedule it, publish it, and track how it performed across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

What RELAY does

  • Compose once, publish everywhere: write text, attach images or video, adjust the message per platform, and RELAY delivers it to each connected account.
  • Schedule and calendar: queue posts for the future and let RELAY publish them automatically at the scheduled time.
  • Performance metrics: RELAY reads back views, likes, and comments for content it published, and shows them in your dashboard.
  • Multi-brand workspace: manage multiple brands side by side, each with their own connected accounts and analytics.

How RELAY uses your data

When you connect a social account, RELAY stores the OAuth tokens issued by that platform and uses them only to provide the features described above. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before being written to our database. RELAY never sells your data, never shares it with third parties outside the platforms you explicitly connect, and never uses it for advertising or to train AI models.

YouTube data in particular

When you connect a YouTube channel, RELAY requests three scopes from Google, each tied to a specific in-app feature:

  • youtube.upload — upload the videos you schedule through RELAY to your own YouTube channel.
  • youtube.readonly — read back view, like, comment, and subscriber counts for videos RELAY published, to show metrics in your dashboard.
  • youtube.force-ssl — required by Google for secure management of videos RELAY uploaded (edit title/description, delete a post when you remove it from RELAY).

RELAY's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
